This 6-week series gently deconstructs any religious baggage associated with yoga, providing clear instruction on postures and breathwork. But the true beauty lies in weaving inspiring scripture from the Bible throughout each session, allowing you to experience yoga as a form of mindful movement worship, connecting your body and spirit in a deeper way with God.

Worship + Restore

  • We invite you to engage in prayerful worship and meditation while engaging in restorative postures. This class focuses on sweet release, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Become spiritually connected as you intentionally let go of stress, worry, and pent-up tension. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, using lots of props for full body support.

Flip Your Perspective: Inversions

  • Inversions are more than just defying gravity! Sure, they build strength and flexibility, but the real benefit lies in your mind. Mastering these poses can boost confidence, reduce stress, and even shift your perspective on life's challenges. Feeling intimidated? Yin Yoga

  • In this class, you will hold poses for 3-10 minutes at a time, allowing for flexible tissues in the body to stretch. Gravity is your friend in this practice and props may or may not be utilized for support. If you are looking to maintain or increase your flexibility and mobility, this may be the perfect class for you.

Core & Pelvic Floor

  • Regain confidence and rediscover your strength, mama! This workshop tackles common postpartum concerns like leaks and diastasis recti in a supportive setting. Learn safe exercises to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, manage incontinence, and improve posture. It's time to ditch the embarrassment and embrace a healthier, happier you!

Kind Kiddos Yoga + Art

  • In this class, your child will learn to love themselves and others in the same way that Christ does while also taking care of their body and inspiring creativity. They will learn about postures and healthy coping skills that will help to calm their nervous system and emotionally regulate.
