At Grace & Grounding, we believe that yoga is for EVERY part of your well-being.

Teachers incorporate Biblical affirmations using scripture, meditative prayer, sensual experiences for present-moment mindfulness, and muscle-building for a strong healthy physical body.

Styles We Offer

Vinyasa + Strength

  • A dynamic, full body experience with strong postures flowing from one to the next. Blocks are often used as weights for increased upper body work. This practice includes vinyasa flow sequencing that may incorporate sun salutations and other short sequences along with core strengthening drills. Class ends in savasana and deep gratitude for the body.

Worship + Restore

  • We invite you to engage in prayerful worship and meditation while engaging in restorative postures. This class focuses on sweet release, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Become spiritually connected as you intentionally let go of stress, worry, and pent-up tension. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, using lots of props for full body support.

Slow Flow + Stretch

  • This class is designed specifically for recovery- a slow and steady flow to resent mind and body. Emphasizing long holds, the practice will integrate simple sequences with mindful breathing, prayerful meditation, and deep stretches.

Yin Yoga

  • In this class, you will hold poses for 3-10 minutes at a time, allowing for flexible tissues in the body to stretch. Gravity is your friend in this practice and props may or may not be utilized for support. If you are looking to maintain or increase your flexibility and mobility, this may be the perfect class for you.

Playful Flow

  • This class is for the child at heart. Throughout a thoughtful flow, you will be encouraged to explore flowing, dance-like movement, maybe even taking some steps off your mat. Especially made for the child at heart, we hope you'll get creative and loosen control as you take your practice to a playful level.

Kind Kiddos Yoga + Art

  • In this class, your child will learn to love themselves and others in the same way that Christ does while also taking care of their body and inspiring creativity. They will learn about postures and healthy coping skills that will help to calm their nervous system and emotionally regulate.
